Pumpkin hemp oil cake

Hulled hemp and pumpkin seeds. Contains B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9), vitamin E, iron, potassium, zinc. Hulled hemp and pumpkin seeds have a beneficial effect on digestion. Mix 1 tablespoon of oil cake with a glass of kefir or yoghurt, wait 5 minutes and a healthy breakfast is ready! Contraindications are individual intolerance, allergies. Store in a dark, dry place.
