Suitable for adding to porridge instead of butter. Good with fruits and vegetables. Can be used in salads and sauces. Ingredients: Brazil nut. Color: light yellow to gray. Aroma: faint nutty odor. Brazil nut flavor. The main feature of the oil is its high content of selenium, vitamin E and B vitamins. Contraindications are individual intolerance, allergies, liver disease and inflammation of the biliary tract. It is recommended to use no more than 5-10 ml per day. Shelf life - 3 months.
