Poppy seed oil


The oil is used in salads, sauces and cold appetisers. Goes well with corn, potatoes, baked vegetables and fruit. The oil has an unusual sweet taste and goes well with baked goods and confectionery.


Composition: poppy seeds.

Colour: light brown to translucent, sometimes with yellow overtones.

Smell: The smell is faintly expressed.

Taste: pleasant, nutty.
