Borage oil helps reduce skin dryness and flaking, improves elasticity and supports the restoration of the skin barrier. It supports hormonal balance and is believed to help relieve PMS symptoms, has anti-inflammatory properties and contributes to joint support. It has a beneficial effect on hair and scalp condition. Recommended use: 5–10 drops 1–2 times daily in courses. For external use, it is applied as part of cosmetic products. Not recommended in case of individual intolerance, during pregnancy and breastfeeding without consulting a specialist, or in case of liver disease.
